SAP MDK POST 500 internal server error

HI Experts,
I am currently facing an issue with HTTP post. The same request is working in dev system.
We checked the iwfnd/error_log and iwbep/error _log, there are no logs. The request is not reaching the backend at all.
Got the below error.
