Hi,
Once you have installed there is a file saplogin.ini file in c:\windows.
right click on it go to properties and give the proper permissions for the same.
The click on to logon pad and under user-defined enter the description, IP of the machine( application server) , SID and central instance.
This should help you definitely.
If you face the issue regarding permission issue with respect to ini file ask the system administrator to take care of the same.
