SAP JAVA Web Dynpro Internal 500 error

Good day!

Recently I was tasked to resolve the issues with the ESS/MSS portal. The issue is when a User tries to execute a Java application, specifically the Leave requests/Overtime requests, what happens is the portal crashes and returns an error 500. I have tried some workarounds where I adjusted max user count parameter coz it might be that it is limiting the users that access the application because usually the error occurs mostly when a peak number of users are running the application. However, there are times that even though it is not on the peak number of users, this gets encountered at first launch. I also have change the timeout parameters for the user sessions. I attached the error log and trace log for that specific error for further checking. Hoping that someone could help our issue. Thank you!
