How to go about setting an SAP Jam pilot for 300 users? Are there any limitations? What are the step by step methods? If you've already went through the process please explain?

Hi,

I'm assuming you talk about the product SAP Jam Collaboration, and not about SAP Jam Communities. If so, I will change the tag later on.

Once you have licensed SAP Jam Collaboration for your 300 users, the most important part is to select specific use cases that you struggle with in your organization today. These could be an information learning scenario combined with a structured learning course, or your account mgmt. process in sales, or how you engage with your customers and partners during the sales cycle or in projects afterwards, or the huge amount of IT support tickets that you have today, or how your HR organization communicates initiatives to your employees. Pick the use case wisely and select the right 300 pilot users for that.

Once you are an SAP Jam customer you will be able to access the SAP Jam Collaboration Value Map that provides guidance on how to select these use cases and how to get started with setting up SAP Jam. https://support.sap.com/valuemaps

Don't just throw SAP Jam over the fence and hope your employees will pick it up by themselves. Plan the pilot and guide your users to help them be successful.
