In my Trial environment, the instance remains "Update in Progress" and I could not stop/restart the instance.

If I look in more detail:

How can I solve this?

It seems to have solved itself, the update event finally occured

This event did not occur directly after the start_update event as has appened the day before

I do not know why it took so long
