SAP GUI with SOLUTION MANAGER 7.2

Hello,

We currently use the classic SAP GUI 7.4 to run our ECC6 system.

We plan to implement Solution Manager 7.2. which offers the SAP Solution Manager Launchpad which includes the Fiori Apps. But we don't plan to implement SAP Fiori Launchpad right now.

Can we still use the "old" SAP GUI access to run SolMan 7.2? (like for SolMan 7.1)

If we don't use the Fiori Apps for SolMan, do we have to configure SAP Netweaver Business Client 6.0 to access the SAP GUI based transactions for SolMan?

So is the main question, can we install SolMan7.2 without Fiori Launchpad and without SAP Netweaver Business Client 6.0?

Hello Elodie,

No Matter Which Version SAP GUI Version you use to Connect Solution Manager 7.2

All Fiori Related add-on will be installed on Application server
