Sap Gui timeout occured

I want to use Sap Gui on my new laptop but I cannot connect the server.It gives me timeout error which is bellow.

Can you suggest any solution for that?

Hello Mehmet,

The screenshot indicates that your SAP GUI is configured to use a saprouter (saprouter string) to connect to the server.

Can your client computer reach the saprouter at the IP 212.2.216.126, TCP/IP port 3299?

If yes, do you see any errors at the saprouter trace file (dev_rout)?

What about any errors at the SAP server (use the transaction SM21 and list the system log entries around the time of your connection issue - let us say from 5 minutes before until 10 minutes after the timestamp of the error)?
