Hello,

The screenshot #1 shows a "rabax during SAP logon".

This means that the issue is happening at the SAP server.

You can set the parameter "login/quiet_mode = 0" (requires SAP to be restarted) to get more information on the dev_wXX trace files, which should then help to identify what is happening.
