SAP GUI for HTML default variant/layout

We are on S/4HANA 1909. When I am using SAP GUI for HTML for MB51 (Material Document List), I can save my selections as a variant, and I can retrieve that variant in the future. However, I have not found the option for saving that variant as the default for my user.

Alternatively, if I can set the default layout for my user, then I can handle most of the selection filters via user parameters. So far, I've only seen the way to set the default layout for all users.

Any assistance or directions to documentation would be helpful. Thanks!

S/4HANA 1909 in this is sap bug we are still awaiting solution from sap on this.

You may need to raise it to sap.

Any user default set with html GUI get overwritten with back button , logout or browser refresh.

You may want to check sap note 2923109 in case solution work for your S4 version.
