Hello Expert,
Recently we have upgraded our SAP GUI from 7.50 to SAP 7.60 for windows. In one of the payroll report screen Tcode(PC00_M04_CALC) user is not able to copy paste the content from numerical values column to excel using ctrl+y selection technique. if user is trying to copy paste few rows with all column, it is working fine. But for rows of numerical column only, it is not working. Could you please suggest what could be the issue?
Do we have any settings/config related to this present in SAP GUI 7.60?
Regards,
Neeraj

Hi Neeraj,
If you look for SAP Notes under BC-FES-GUI component, there are some Notes around copy-paste issue. The solution regardless is to update the patch level. So although the issue may be with set of users, probably it's a different DPI setting or different values they are trying to paste. Best way is to update the patch level to latest and see if the issue still persist.
