SAP ERP on DB2 - First timer

Hello everyone,

I am going to be installing a NW04s Sr3 DB2 proof of concept system. We have no DB2 in our data center so far and I have a few questions for those who are DB2 savvy

1) Are there any good guides for SAP/DB2 installs or or general DB2 maintenance and knowledge?

2) DB maintenance, are reorgs needed in a DB2 system? How often are database reorgs necessary?
