SAP Data Warehouse Cloud connect to PostgreSQL

Hi Everyone.

I have a PostgreSQL on a On premise database. I need to connect the DWC to the database.

I thing it can do it by Generic JDBC.

Can anyone tell how a I need to configure and prerrequisites?

Hello cristhianrios,

you can use the generic JDBC driver. How this is done is described in the documentation for the Generic JDBC connection. Make sure you have registered the adapter with SAP Data Warehouse Cloud. Hoiw you do that is described here.

The prerequisites for connections are also documented there.

In addition there is a 4 minute learning video showing all the steps using the generic JDBC Adapter.

Can we do Pull and push data from PostgreSQL(MDO)(Cloud) to SAP Datasphere? with JDBC or any other way?
