SAP Data Services: User defined transformation optiones pane empty

Hi all

I have the strangeness of having an empty options pane in the instance of the user defined transformation I want to use to experiment with Python integration in DS. See attached screen shot. I would be gratefull to get tipps on how to fix this.

Incident 215532/2018 was opened therefore as to run Designer as administrator, suggested in KBA 2520817, can only be a workaround.
