SAP data integrator or SAP data services

Hi all,

We understood that SAP BW has the capabilities built-in to extract data from excel, MSSQL, MS access and do the required cleans up, modifications, rules, calculation, formatting, etc...

So SAP BW alone is enough or still we need SAP data integrator or SAP data services?

Hi,

you are right the SAP BW is able to extract data from different Sources.

SAP Data Integrator and SAP Data Services are tools from the Business Objects portfolio.

If you wand to use onlys SAP BW you dont need them.
