SAP CPI Error when trying to execute referenced script from script collection

I am trying to use the script collection feature of Cloud Integration Suite, but sometimes I receive an error when trying to execute an integration flow using a referenced script. The error message says, "java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.net.URL.openStream() of a null object loaded from local variable 'scriptUrl'".

The strange thing is that I don't receive this error message for all referenced scripts. For the scripts that fail, when I place the script as a resource directly in the artifact the error goes away.
