Hello Community,
For one of my client (SAP Public Cloud implémentation project), we need to configure the printing by installing SAP CPM in the customer print server and connect it to the S/4HPC print queues via Communication arrangement SAP_COM_0466.
The installation is well done in the customer print server.
After that, when we try to launch the service after entering the service account details, we get an error :

Hello @AW4
Error 1067 usually means the SAP Cloud Print Service for Pull Integration is failing during startup because of configuration, service account, certificate, or missing prerequisite issues
Check the CPM service logs first. The exact reason for Error 1067 will be available there, such as invalid credentials, missing certificate, proxy issue, or failed connection to S/4HANA Cloud.
Thanks,
Sravan

Restart the Service: Sometimes, simply restarting the service can resolve unexpected termination issues. Ensure that the service is set to restart automatically if it crashes.
Check Firewall and Proxy Settings: Test printing for S4HANA Cloud using SAP cloud pri… Ensure that the firewall port 443 is open and that the proxy settings are correctly configured if your network requires them.
Service Account Configuration: Make sure the service account is correctly configured in the CPM settings. You can change the service user from the Settings menu if needed.
Consult SAP Notes: Refer to SAP Notes for specific errors related to CPM. For example, Note 2690882 addresses issues with key containers not being found.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to SAP support for further assistance.
Kind regards,
Henrike
