Our company has purchased the above package to kick start the development of the project in KSA region.

We have created two accounts, one on neo and the other on multi environment.

if you could see we have the SAP Web IDE enabled in neo account

and other services are available in multi-environment(not in neo).

Do we have any possibility to make use the services in the neo sub account. if not how to proceed further?

since we are developing to ksa region customer, we have to stick to neo environment, where in we couldn't make use of the services.

If you need to stay in KSA you have to use the Neo Services. You can develop applications in Java or HANA XS Classic (which is deprecated) also you can deploy HTML5 apps. But there you don't have any server side business logic. What applications should be built?

You can build SAPUI5 Apps on Neo. They get deployed as HTML5 apps.
