I have tried to get the free trial from the SAP Store to get the SAP Cloud Platform SDK for iOS. I fill in my details for the trial but I never receive the email with download link. I have tried this multiple times. Where can I download this product?
I got an update from the Store team; the root cause is identified and the fix is being planned out and applied. Will post again once this is completed.
The problem is fixed; the system should be sending out emails over the next time for queued up requests, if you don't want to wait, just hit the download button again, please.
There has been a lot of action internally since you reported the issue (thanks for alerting us). The team is working hard on driving a resolution and I have an escalation contact internally. Big apologies for the inconvenience but stay tuned -- team is on this.
It's quite frustrating that there is no action from anyone yet and I am still unable to get access to SDK :). Wish there was an alternate way to download it?
I've opened a support case with the SAP Store team this morning and they're working on it. I'll update you in this thread once the problem is resolved.
We have seen intermittent problems with the mail sending; I'm hoping you've received (multiple) emails by now? If not, please let me know and I will follow-up with the SAP Store team.
I have been trying to download it since yesterday, have tried 10+ times, using 2 separate email ids but still haven't got email. Just tweet to @SAPCP and they pointed me to reply on this thread.
