Hi All, I have installed SAP Cloud Connector on my local system and have added my SCP trial account details and the on-premise system details but when I add the service in destinations in my SCP, the service connection fails. Here I want to add that the on-premise system exists on Citrix while the SAP Cloud Connector is installed on my local network. Can someone guide me with how to approach this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi Pradip
Making an on-premise resource available to your SCP subaccount through Cloud Connector requires that the on-premise system can be reached from the Cloud Connector host. It sounds like that might not be the case for you.
When adding a backend system in the Cloud Connector UI, you can check the availability of the system by clicking the availability check icon in the Actions column.

Morten

Hi Morten, thanks for the reply. After we have added the backend system in the Cloud Connector UI and when we checked for the availability it failed . Again my point of concern is since we connect to the on-premise system in a secured network through VPN ; is that the cause we are not able to connect the on-premise system through the Cloud Connector. If yes , how can we resolve it?
