Hi Expert,

I have run through the step by step guide line to setup the cloud connector from SAP HANA Cloud Platform.

However I faced an issues whereby I can't load the local hosts page as mentioned in the documentation. I have run the go.bat file.

Do I missed out any configuration?

Regards,

Hi Ben,

Are you running Windows 64-bit OS? This is a prerequisite as given in the link.

Hi saurabh vakil,

Thanks for your prompt response. I'm running on Windows 32-bit OS. Is there any alternative way to do in 32-bit OS?

No, I don't think it would work on a 32-bit Windows OS since the prerequisites specifically mentions

  • You have either of the following 64-bit operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, or Windows Server 2012 R2

Thanks for your confirmation. Is there any tools/environment can used for connectting on-premise server with web ide byusing 32-bit Windows OS other than cloud connector?

I believe using the cloud connector is currently the only way to connect Web IDE on the cloud portal to an on-premise SAP system. At least I am not aware of any other alternative. Maybe someone else can shed more light on any other option.

Hi saurabh vakil,

I have solved the problem. I copy the sapscc20jni.dll file from auditor directory of the Zip file to C:\Windows\System32.

Now the page is able to load.

Thanks.
