SAP Cloud application studio package delivery missing files

Hello,

I deployed a package from one environment to another (dev to uat)
in dev I have a patch with following items,

after I deployed and activated the package in the other environnements, some items are missing : DueClearingExt.xbo (they are referenced in the zip package though...)

has any of you ever had this behaviour? did I do something wrong?
