In a SAP Cloud ALM tenant, one of the landscapes has been set up with the change and deployment management module to manage transport requirements for SAP S4HANA, SAP CPI systems, and the SAP launchpad system.
For above mentioned CPI and Launchpad system, the SAP cloud transport management system (CTMS) is already integrated into the SAP cloud alm tool via the SAP BTP cockpit.
CTS is enabled for S4HANA system.
I can view all the systems of above-mentioned sap applications in the landscape management of SAP cloud ALM administration Console.
The system groups and deployment plans are in place. In system group for launchpad system we have tried with two products as SAP BTP cloud foundry environment and SAP build work zone, standard edition
For the SAP CPI we have selected product as SAP integration suite.
We can create features and add transport for the S/4HANA and CPI systems in the Features app.
However, when adding transport for the Launchpad system and selecting the 'Assign' button in the Features app, none of the transports of Launchpad systems are getting listed. Rest of the systems S4HANA and CPI are listed, but the Launchpad system is not.
Checked following :
Flag of “controlled by Solution Manager” is not set for Dev and UAT system, though for the prod system is set, but as of now not able to view the Dev or UAT in the list while assigning the transport.
Same CTMS is already leveraged for CPI systems, and no issues are observed nor encounter any errors for CPI transports.
In LMS of Cloud ALM, the attempt to create endpoint creation is throwing error stating endpoint creation is not required for SAP build work zone standard edition as none of the CALM use cases requires endpoint.
