My company is migrating to S/4 soon and considering SAP Build as its Low-Code/No-Code platform. We are already using other app of the like such as PowerApps, ServiceNow, Salesforce and OutSystems. Wanted to know if we need to add SAP Build or we can leverage already existing ones like these I mentioned. Are there any limitations of other LCNC apps that SAP Build only has?

This is my personal opinion.. If you're moving to S4 soon, the sap build will be a better choice. Following are my reasons.
1. S4 uses the FIORI for the UI. The build tools comes with all the FIORI UI Design patterns. This will help you to easily prototype any FIORI based UI scenario including the mock data and then transform to the productive app with minimum effort.
2. Support for FIORI Elements based UI is better with the SAP Build.
3. With the CAP and RAP model of development, it is easier to build the ODATA based services and can be easily tested and consumed.
4. The wysiwyg editor in the SAP build is more appropriate for SAP look like applications and easy to use.
