SAP BODS REST API to POST/PUT LOAD data

Hi everyone,

I'm working on an API integration with BODS and was able to read/GET data via API, now the next step it to load/POST, update/PUT data using API. could not find any article describing the POST process step by step.

does anyone have any idea how that function call would work.
