SAP Analytics Cloud - Set drill through

Hi friends,

is it possible to set a drill through in the SAC? If yes, how can I set it.

Right now it is easy to set a linked analysis, but i want to click a data point, but instead of drilling down i want to drill through.

For example I have a Bar chart with Sales Managers, if i click one of the Sales Managers i have to opportunity to drill down, but instead I want to drill through to the products (Just one widget! First with Sales Managers and after drilling through with the products). See picture:

But with your above example with link analysis, you can already show by product by select the sales manager on the left.

Or you can call up another story/page or even other application via external URL feature.

thanks for your statement. I'am aware of the features you mentioned. But per definition that's not a drill through 😉

Hi Ismail,

I guess you cannot get it with in the story , but however you can use App designer to create an Analytical application where you can customise the flow... first sales manager dimension-> then the product dimension with product manager selection etc..

Check the App designer feature in SAC
