SAP Analytics Cloud Model scheduling Error

Hello,

The scheduled job for the SAP Analytics Cloud model is not finishing it's job and does not seem to complete when expected.

Normally the job takes about 5 minutes maximum. But for some reason the job is keep on running.

I am trying to terminate the "Previous refresh" as noted on the error message.

How can I force quit the previous refresh, so that I can try the job again.

Hi,

1. First confirm that the query is connecting to the data source system successfully,

2. Second you can map it again and then refresh it. After the mapping in most cases, it gets solved.
