SAP Analytics Cloud : Authentication failed/ error

I got two links from my supervisor. The first for activating my SAC account und the second for the SAC access.
1. I activated my account by the activation link and was forwarded to the SAC environment. After that i created a story and tested the functionalities.
2. But everytime when i log off and click the SAC access link, it doens´t accept my credentials. Only solution is to reset my password everytime.
Does anybody know the problem or can give me an advice?
