SAP Analytics Cloud: Anchor jumping possible?

Hi Experts,

I wanted to ask, what's the best way to do an "Anchor jump" inside a page in an SAP Analytics Cloud Analytical App?
Is there an easy way how this can be done? Also it should work on an iPad.

Example what I'd like to accomplish:

With such anchor links I want to allow the users to flow through a long dashboard page quickly without extensive scrolling.

I had a look at code examples (see link below), but was wondering, what's the right way to do that in an SAC App.
