SAP Adobe Form

Hey,

I have requirement to print dispensing tags in Adobe Forms. I have created each box (dispensing tag) in sub form. These boxes are dynamic it may be 5 or it may be 22. My question is how do i assign my table values to each field of dispensing tag. Below are the print output and adobe form hierarchy.
