Hi Experts
When I editing the form layout at the first time, there was no problem, I already installed LifeCycle Designer. I changed font to Microsoft YaHei(微软雅黑) for the text field, however when I tried to edit the form layout again, I cannot open the layout editor, and there is no response for SAP GUI. I checked Task Manager, I found there is an error about missing fonts.
It seems like the font I selected has problem. When I stop the task of missing fonts, the SAP error will pop up.
Could any one tell me how can I fix this issue and open layout editor again?
Thanks and looking forward to kindly help.

Hi Scott,
Please share the output of reports:
FP_TEST_IA_01
FP_PDF_TEST_00
and please make sure PKCS #12 Credential are maintained..

Hi Javed
Really appreciate your help. However I don't quite understand why we need to run these two reports?
I tried FP_TEST_IA_01, it seems like a test form will be generated. And I found there is no problem.
BTW, for my case, I assume what the font I used was not in server, that might be the reason. So I give up this font and use some other font. Then the layout editor could work again.
If you have different opinion, please share with me.
Thanks and looking forward to your feedback.
Hi Scott,
Try instead of clicking layout button on the Top of Page click on the layout tab beside the context tab.
Still if you are not able to open the layout, check adobe configuration by testing report (FP_TEST_00).
If you are not able to see the Output, then your ADS configuration not installed properly.
Thank you,

Hi Suneel,
Thank you so much for your comments.
I also tried Layout in context tab, unfortunately it cannot work also.
I tried testing report FP_TEST_00, it seems working fine.
So my solution is I deleted the previous Adobe form and created another one and not use font Microsoft YaHei. Then the layout could be edited again.
I guess the reason might be that the font Microsoft YaHei was not install on the server, but it is in my local PC. When I click Layout, SAP tried to extract this font from server, however it failed and not give any response back. This is just my assumption, if I am wrong, please correct me.
So next time I will use the common fonts, then it will not have this problem.
Anyway, thank you so much for your help.
