A point to start could be at developers.sap.com. There are quite some interesting tutorials.

There are some courses on openSAP as well: https://open.sap.com/courses?q=abap

If you want guidelines, then this is the place to be: https://github.com/SAP/styleguides/blob/main/clean-abap/CleanABAP.md

Of course there is a ton to be found on youtube and and such (material both old and new). The SAP developer advocates create a lot of material, but of course that isn't limited to ABAP alone.
