Sales Order - Send Processing Notification (A2A)

Dear colleagues,

could you, please, help me to understand, how to use the Outbound Service "Sales Order - Send Processing Notification (A2A)" in S/4HANA Cloud?

I did following customizing for communication arrangement SAP_COM_0228:

By wich URL and with which credentials can I get in Postman, for example, now logs for failed Sales Orders? Unfortunately, SAP Help for the scenario does not help with customizing.

Hi Alexander,

please use the Message Monitoring Overview or Message Dashboard Application to see the Messages.

It could be the case that you need to assign the recipient to your user.

yes, thank you, but the idea is to have the monitoring information outside S/4HANA - somehow send out of the system the message logs.

Hello Alxander,

I think postman doesnt allow you to get these notification.I would suggest you to try this with SAP CPI.

Create a error handler Iflow ( wither with SOAP sender or HTTP sender ) so that you will get url that can be passed to above setting to receiver error notification.
