SAC Problem with Bex variables, data not refreshed

Hello,

we are using several SAC stories with prompts based on bex varibales. Now, maybe since the update on the last weekend, some tables in the story do no refresh after changing the prompt.

The story contains about 10 models on BW queries. All queries have (almost) the same mandatory variables which are connected in SAC so that you´ll only have to fill the variable once.

Do you have any ideas if something changed or why the tables are not refreshed after changing the variables?

Is the table based on merge dimension ? and Have you tried to refresh the individual queries?

Hi Daniel,

We are facing a similar issue for one of our customers stating that a mandatory variable related to hierarchies is not filled in. I believe we have raised an SAP incident on the Support Portal and I advice you to do the same.

no, the table is only based on the dimension from the model.

Right now, I deleted all linked variables so that I have to fill each variable, when I open the story. The problem still exists. The table only shows the right data when I open the prompt of the model separately.
