SAC implementation duration

Hi - we are looking at SAC and trying to estimate the effort/duration for implementation? We are a small/midsize enterprise, prepare company operating income plan and a sku/customer profitability plan. We maintain three versions during the year (budget, 9/3 and 6/6 outlook versions). We heard it is usually 4 - 6 months, but that seems a little too long?

Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.

The implementation will depend on variety of factors and most importantly the quality of the data.

I suggest having a look at the SAP Analytics Cloud Roadmap and the associated Project Plan in the link below which will give you a better idea on the work that will need to be done to implement SAP Analytics cloud.
