SAC Export Data to S/4 - Error 404

Hi Community,

When I try to Export Data (create a new Export Job) to an S/4 System, I receive the error "Response from external server has status code 404."

The strange thing is, it worked some months ago and the old Export Job is still working, so I guess it has something to do with an SAC upgrade?

Does anyone has the same error or a solution?

The S/4 version is 1909.

We are also getting the same error : Response from external server has status code 404.

We are trying to export one plan model from SAC to S/4Hana on premise 1909 system.

Any repose will be highly appreciated. We have also raised an incident to SAP.

Thanks Prabhith, We activated the mentioned OData service API_FINANCIALPLANDATA_SRV.

Now, 404 error is gone. But, getting another error 500.

"Response from external service has status code of 500".

Any clue or reply will be highly appreciated.

i have also raised OSS incident 257460 - 2020.

Also given access to SAP to see our system.

But, we are yet to get any solution.

Had the same issue.

First you need to make sure that the OData service API_FINANCIALPLANDATA_SRV has been activated in transaction /n/iwfnd/maint_service.

Then I suggest to check if the OData service is available from outside by using this link:

http://server:port/sap/opu/odata/sap/API_FINANCIALPLANDATA_SRV/?$format=xml

Then I´ve tried to start the export but got still the same error 404 which means "Unauthorized". I´ve tried with another user with more permissions and it was working afterwards.

The strange thing is that I´ve switched back to the previous user and it was then also working.

Can you please see if OData service API_FINANCIALPLANDATA_SRV is activated in your S/4HANA System.

Seems this service is needed for the SAC export.

I suggest you raise an incident on the SAP Support portal to find the root cause why you receive this error when creating a new export.
