SAC Automatic Datalocks workflows

Hello, 

i'm trying to make a dat alock run automatically but is still asking for permission but I don't know what we are doing wrong. 

The person that is owner of the data lock task is also assignee and is the owner of the locks inside of the model but the task is asking for permission to run. Why is this sitll happening? Here are some pictures:

Can you also show the data locking setting the modeler where you define the data locking driving dimension?
