Run Time Error 91 - Object variable or with block variable not set" at RRMX

Dear Experts,

I have this strange problem for some of my Users where when they are trying to open Bex Analyser with Tcode RRMX in BW system they get an errror message saying.

Pop up appears.popup Microsoft Visual Basic.

in the popup message says " Runtime Error 91"

object variable or with block variable not set" and the options given are end,debug,help tabs.

Can any one please advise me what could be the problem.

Using Microsoft excel for office 365 (64 bit)

Sap version is 7.01 sp 10

As note 1995532 "BI 7.x tools - HW\SW requirements and Compatibility of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Products" says: Office 64 bit versions are NOT supported for BEx tools.
