Run Callback API after provisioning with SAP BTP IPS

Through SAP IPS, we want to provision user from the IDP system to SAP IAS. At this time, I want to send an email to each user by calling my nodeJS API using the list of provisioned users as a parameter. Can I put that script in IPS? Or should I do something else?

ex. Developed business logic to create a new API, call the IPS provisioning API, receive the result back, and call my email nodeJS API.
