We recently upgraded from 4.6C to 700 (or 2004s).

RSWWDHEX is running differently than it did before and I'm trying to understand if it is a problem or not.

It used to be that the jobs ran for no more than a few seconds - max 2 minutes and that was extremely rare.

Now sometimes it runs for an hour.

And it is printing out messages in the job log.

These messages appear to be something in our workflows.

Has something changed in the way it runs in 700?

And if so - should we write our workflows differently?

I had thought at first I was running the wrong job and posted another thread about it.

But we are running the correct one - and I am just concerned about how long it is taking to run now as opposed to how long it took before our upgrade.

Thanks for your help.

The ZWORKFLOW id is our own custom message class.

It looks to me like this are messages from the task that is being executed when the deadline is reached.

Thanks for your help.

Very strange indeed. I think I would have created a customer message to SAP.

Please provide a sample (a few, not a few hundred) of the messages you see in the log. Perhaps someone here will recognize them?
