Room creation

Hello,

I have a problem with the collaboration rooms. After I create a room, it doesn't matter the type(public, private...) I can't access to it, in the room management I see that the room is blocked and not visible. Does anybody know why this properties are automatically set?

Sometime after the creation I have to wait a lot until I can see the room on the Room management iview.

Hi Gregori,

check the TREX settings for index rooms_(LongID), this is used for the room management, the default is 30 minutes, so as you said you have to wait a long time before a new room is in the list.

Hi,

What I have seen is that the trex search can be activated in to search the room content and to search for rooms. This means that the folder /rooms is indexed and when you search in the room management for a created room this index is used. Obviously when someone creates a room it takes a few minutes to index, thats why it takes a little to appear in the list of rooms.
