Hi Guys need help......I am new to SAP MDM and my company has asked me to help in writing the proposal for MDM, can anyone help me in writing the proposal....or what points do i need to cover in the proposal. Thanks in advance..

Typically it should cover the following :
1. Appreciation of MDM requiremment/business areas
2. MDM Solution Definition
3. Execution Approach
4. Work Responsibility Matrix
5. Team structure
6. Assumption
7. Commercials
8 . Case studies (even if its a POC )
9 . MDM Solution offerings from your company and differentiator

Hey,
I guess you should give reference of your earlier MDM projects.
If this is your first project, then give reference of any POC you might have developed inhouse.
May I ask for which client is this RFP being prepared?
