RFC XML is not well structured

Hello Experts,

In our scenario PI recieves RFC XML from ECC in which the XML data is not well formed.

In PI repository,RFC definition is inline with ECC. we execute our program in ECC which uses RFC to send data to PI. When we check the XML data in PI (SXMB_MONI, MDT) we noticed that the fields are not correctly populated.

From ECC, we have send Field1, Field2,Field3 with values for them. In PI we recieved Field1 with the accurate value, but Field2 has value of Field3 and there is no value for Field3.

Please throw some light and let me have ur valuable suggestions.

hi ,

once you have to check Message mapping  in pi ESR Objects because

might be source fields are mis match to map the target fields ( Field2 has value of Field3).

Problem here is different. In PI we recieve the RFC payload from ECC, that payload itself is not accurate. This is before mapping phase.Anyhow, thanks for the reply.

     okay so we have to check export parameters in Bapi , R u provide correct fields are not ( Field2 has value of Field3).
