RFC to approve request

Hi everyone.

I'd like your help.

I have a requirement to create a job in production environment to approve requests in QAS.

The purpose is to automate what is manually done manually via transaction STMS nowadays.

I have tried RFC TMS_CI_START_SERVICE but is quite confuse to understand its parameters.

Is there any standard RFC which I could call from production to QAS in order to do this approval?
