Cihangir,
Not a problem, you will need to connect to the database and reset the password for ID=12.
See below KB showing you the steps

Hi Ajay,
I need to learn or delete CMS Database password. Document you sent is related administrator password.
Is there any way to import CMS db without password? How can I? Our db is Sybase anywhere on the BO server and we don't have DB admin related with it. Is there any other user in Sybase to enter the system? .
Best Regards,
Cihangir
Cihangir,
As mention by Jawahar, just google how to.
Here is link to Sybase help

Ajay
There is no need to restore the log files from another environment. Your new environment will have its own logs.

Hi Cihangir,
Along with the CMS Database, the FileStore should also be copied to the destination environment.
Take a backup of the CMS database.
Also, refer to KBA #1275068 below :

What do you mean by copy CMS.db to the new server? Which database are you using for CMS daatabase for eg. oracle, DB2, etc.
There is a standard procedure to restore the database. Have a look at this blog:
