Rest Sender http 404

So i've a customer with 4 enviroments, they send data to pi via rest sender. All systems work bar pre production. We get a 404 error. I've pinged the box to make sure its up. I tried to post via postman the data / url, still get a 404. I tried that data / url in all other enviroments bar production, obviously, and it works fine.

When i look at NWA logs i get some messages about a lazy startup, like below:

Then after this, i get the error:

1. Cannot process an HTTP request to servlet [forwardServlet] in [webdynpro/dispatcher] web application.
   For more details on the problem please check traces searching by logId: C0002A000DA903B5000000040000052D

I've tried the reboot of the PI box, and i still get a 404 when testing from postman.

Double checked url etc.

I've requested XPI trace to be installed, the comms channels have no errors in them.

Any further help would be appreciated.

Issue was with internal proxy !!!
