Requirement in ADOBE Forms

Hi Fellow Consultants,

We have a requirement as mentioned below to display in ADOBE Form, which we are unaware of on how to achieve

A table with the 1st line Item data followed by some fields to be displayed below it and then the 2nd Item details with some fields and then the 3rd Item details, so on and so forth. Kindly suggest the solution if any of you have come up with a similar requirement. Thank you in Advance.

Hi Aparna,
you probably need to convert your table into subforms (Rightclick your table element).

With subforms you have more freedom designing such templates.

Instead of using a table inside a subform, we created individual fields in the subform and mapped the fields. We got the desired output. Thank you for your suggestion.
