Replication flow and SAP conversion routine

Hello all

I'm facing with a little problem and a I would like see if you guys already know it and maybe any kind of solution.

The problem:

I have replication flow configured getting data from SAP-ECC system. It's been working fine but for some tables that have data element with conversion routine (Eg: T001 LANGU) Datasphere only consider external format I mean in DB table we have LANG as E (English) but external format is (EN) . 

I have some scenarios that must be just one character (w/o conversion routine) such as in DB.

Does any one had the same problem ?

Although i have an workaround in track but I'm trying look for options (I mean more clear solutions).
