Removing BUILTIN\Administrators login from SQL Server 2005 database instances is a security "best practice".
From an SAP perspective, are there any issues with doing this? Is this sanctioned by SAP?

before you remove it, make sure you have access as DB Admin without it. Otherwise, it's pretty embarassing.
after you remove it, make sure that sidadm has the correct access to the DB. The user should already be there.
