Hi,

Error shows:
ERROR: partner '10.10.15.11:sapgw00' not reached
LOCATION: SAP-Gateway on host chlinhprd001 / sapgw00
DETAIL: NiPConnect2: 10.10.15.11:3300
ERROR NUMBER: 79
ERROR TEXT: Connection refused

It seems that remote IP can not be reached. Is there any process listening on that port 3300?
To which server does this IP belong '10.10.15.11'? Can it be reached from host chlinhprd001?

As per provided screenshot, message server and Gateway run on same host and both on instance 00.On RFC Destination, you've maintained Target Host, but not System Number.
Try to add instance number from remote host that you want to ping.

In your screenshot file name 2.jpg, instance number is missing, could you pls check and try again the same.
