I have a requirement to show the real time data from ECC in the dashbord. Currently the frontend used is the BO dashboards. I would like to know the options with which i can design this scenario. I have gone through the methods of RDA and Direct access. I came to know that we can directly connect the ECC to the xcelcius and show the data live. I am new to BO. Could any one help me in this regard. Appreciate if anyone let me know the scenarios where its recommended to use the RDA ans Direct access as well.
